1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kleif AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Kleif AI provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to create, train, and deploy intelligent assistants across multiple channels. The service includes access to our web application, APIs, integrations, widgets, and related tools and documentation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kleif AI services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to:

Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
Collect data about other users without consent
Engage in any activity that disrupts the service

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

If payment fails, we will attempt to collect the outstanding amount. Continued failure may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. You grant Kleif AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Kleif AI retains all rights to the platform, software, algorithms, and related intellectual property.

7. Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of data as described therein. For enterprise customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from the settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleif AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
